I called the only phone number I could find for them (the one on their website) and it’s disconnected. If they could update the website/app with the correct number that’d be great. ☺️“

I drove by this place for years and never knew that I was missing out on ALOT . I was missing the down home Louisiana cooking and the friendliest of the staff .Including the owner . “EVERYTHING is fantastic here! My parents were married in 1963 in Freeport. They honeymooned in Galveston. They drove through Alvin and stopped at Dairyland on the way. Since they were teenagers they drank Cherry Dr Pepper and they said Dairyland has 1 of the best! We moved to Alvin in 1977. I have been going to Dairyland and eating and hanging out for the last 45 yrs!! I have had everything on the menu and it’s all good! There is not a teenager from Alvin that hasn’t eaten and hung out here since 1960!!“

“I need to be sure that I State this correctly and I wish that Google would give the address that I am writing because I go to many places. If this is the one on Palmer Highway it is the one I am reviewing. They are the best in the area the only one that may be a little better is the one in Kemah the one in Kemah is almost like a Gathering Place for everybody that wants a meal and to chat in the parking lot the one in Texas City Palmer Highway has an excellent and friendly staff. The one in Lamarque I would not call a fast food restaurant we once elected not to eat at the La Marque location because the line was so long and unmoving. We drove to Texas City got our food and drove past the one in the park again and it didn't look like the lion had moved more than two cars.“

“I recently hired Gator's Bar and Grill to cater a small private party held on Tiki Island. Gator's owner, Marjorie Morgan was awesome to work with. Her and her team are experts when it comes to catering. I asked for a more upscale menu palate. I know, most think of Gator's as a casual dining experience but Marjorie and Chef Lena delivered exactly what I was thinking. From the initial contact, to the location walk through, the meal prep, table set up and then the meal served, they made it stress free. I asked for a girly salad- a strawberry, walnut spinach with a delicious balsamic vinegar dressing. The main course was grilled 6 oz beef tenderloin filets- grilled on site with a yummy garlic parmesan potatoes with a creamy peppercorn sauce and sauté asparagus. Dessert was a cheesecake mousse. It was all fantastic. Dinner was planned to be served outside with a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the lovely coastal sea fog rolled in just as Dinner was to be served. Marjorie and her staff quickly switched gears and flawlessly moved main course inside. Our guests were very impressed with how they perfectly executed all of our requests. If you are thinking of catering an event, Marjorie and Chef Lena are who you should call. Don't let her restuarant name fool you into thinking they only do bar food. They were a class act that will rival any high end restuarant. Thanks again, Marjorie, Chef Lena, Corey and Keith. You all made our small event a success“

“Omg my son’s boss told him about Kelley’s and we had never ate there. We had just got off our 9-day cruise & wanted some serious comfort food. Kelley’s definitely fit the bill. Homemade hand-battered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes/gravy, fried okra, salad & fresh rolls! All servings were HUGE and delicious 😋 all for $16. I ate off of my lunch 3 times! We will def be back. Amanda was our server & she was on top of everything & great service. We were only disappointed that they were out of the Texas size homemade biscuits from the breakfast run. If you’ve never ate there before u gotta try it and u will be back.“

When I got to the drive-thru, there was a bit of a wait, but the team made up for it by including an extra 4-piece nugget in my order. The lady and man whom own it are some of the friendliest people I have been blessed to have met. They are rooted in faith and proudly display that when you walk in the door from the sign above the cash register area to her tshirt that said "jesus loves you" I just adored her thru and thru
Amazing place I will definitely eat here everytime I come this way.
The only small downside is I would not prob ever dine in as the summer time sun is set right on the place in the afternoon and the restaurant has nothing but glass windows in the entrance area so it was very hot in there but nothing they can really do to help this other than stop global warming.??‍♀️?“
