Afton was an amazing sandwich artist! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. He paid attention to every detail, worked quickly, and kept a great attitude the whole time. You can tell he really cares about giving customers a great experience. Afton, our sandwich artist, was absolutely fantastic. There was a long line and he was the only person behind the counter, I could see he was more nervous about the wait than any of us in line were. So to ease the stress I started joking with him and he was quick to laugh and joke back. very polite young man and works hard at his job to make people happy. hope to see him up there next time 😊
I'm usually very patient with customer service employees, but today (3/31/26) the ones that were suppose to make the food just walked away from the counter after taking care of the customers that were there before me.... I was picking up an online order, that should have been done. But given they got busy, I was waiting patiently for them to start it.
