I frequent here at least once a month. I continue to eat here because it's closest to my house. However, when I order on the app and request extra toppings or extra meat, it is never put on my sandwiches. Not a problem if it were free, but that's $3 per sandwich. We usually get 4. I complained just yesterday and the lady said that she couldn't do anything about it but she'd have the manager call me back. It's 3pm and still no word. Disappointed. Have gotten several sandwiches from here. This week I have ordered more than normal with the BOGO deal. Today I ordered online 2 sandwich and they still managed to messed it up. It stated very clearly one sandwich was to have meat, lettuce, olives, cucumber....That's it! No cheese... No mayo. My daughter is very picky about this. 3rd times a charm and 3rd time in a row. They just can't get the order right like not getting the add on that you pay extra for or them putting stuff on that you didn't order. I think these samich makers just here and see what they want. Don't waist your time with them find a Jimmy's john or firehouse. Done with soobway.
