I loved the food. I came on a Saturday evening no line and waited maybe 15 for my food and app. The pho Tom taste great ! They even give a sheet for assistance on how ur supposed to eat pho. Dont miss out on the salt and pepper wings. They could just sell that and id be back. The service was also freaking good. They know their menu and are so friendly.

I have never been disappointed by Pho 3009. Their pho is solid, but the star of the show is that shrimp fried rice. Every time I order from them the food is always hot and ready in a timely manner. They just make quality food, and the staff is super friendly. Glad to have them in Schertz!

Worst combination pho ever. It tasted sour and it smelled bad. The brisket was thick cut, which is weird bc its supposed to be super thin sliced. The sprouts were scarce and dry, along with the dry lime wedge, and two dry slices of jalapeno. It sat in the fridge since yesterday and they served it today. The broth was dirty, with floaty bits. Good pho is clean and the broth is magic. Go eat pho at Chinatown in Austin. They know what's up. There's also King Noodle in Cedar Park, they have it down. This place was definitely way under the average bar.

Great employees lovely staff hands down, however if your going to open a Vietnamese restraunt Respect the people it came from and make their dishes correctly and authentically. Because if not your just another Americanized place stealing someone else's stuff and selling it at the point.
