I have never been disappointed by Pho 3009. Their pho is solid, but the star of the show is that shrimp fried rice. Every time I order from them the food is always hot and ready in a timely manner. They just make quality food, and the staff is super friendly. Glad to have them in Schertz!

Worst combination pho ever. It tasted sour and it smelled bad. The brisket was thick cut, which is weird bc its supposed to be super thin sliced. The sprouts were scarce and dry, along with the dry lime wedge, and two dry slices of jalapeno. It sat in the fridge since yesterday and they served it today. The broth was dirty, with floaty bits. Good pho is clean and the broth is magic. Go eat pho at Chinatown in Austin. They know what's up. There's also King Noodle in Cedar Park, they have it down. This place was definitely way under the average bar.

It looks nice but the Pho is not very good. I eat a little of Pho and it not my top choice at all
I actually have come to depend on this place for my food, hit n sour soup. It's always been good. Today it was terrible, that was supposed to be my dinner. It was watery and when I called they said it just depends on who made it. She suggested I ask I ask to look at some before buying it....I guess I'll need to find a new place with quality consistency.

I don't know what happened. I love hot n sour soup, I almost live off of it. I got it today n it's thin like chicken broth, watered down, terrible! I called and was told the quality depends on who makes it....so sad I have to drive further to get my soup. I need to be able to know what I'm bringing home.
