Favorite coffee shop so far in San Antonio! Their coffee is very balanced, and lattes are not too sweet, which is super hard to find. Ordering online is easy and quick, and they always have our drinks out on time or a little early.

The guys there taking my order was extremely patient & kind.
The coffee is the best around for me, especially there house made flavors, personally the Blueberry Lavender!
Oh and did I tell you how their pastries are to die for!?

I found another great organic coffee shop. Right now they are my absolute favorite! Always the proper amount of ingredients to make it taste perfect & yummy. Very nice baristas too !

Girls ignored us when we walked in. My party and I said good morning about 5 times and they continued to talk to each other not acknowledging we were there. I have been here multiple times as the coffee is delicious and other times the girls were frankly but I guess this time their conversation was too good to be interrupted. 🙁

Just visited for the first time. We got two cold brews and an americano. The Americano was pretty good but the cold brews were unfortunately awful. It was orangy colored and extremely bitter. They didn’t even taste like coffee sadly. We took one sip of each and had to throw them away as they were undrinkable. Ended up going to a gas station near by to get our coffees. Very sad as it was our first experience here. Super cute place! But the cold brew is not it for the $10 we spent on those two drinks.

Cute aesthetic but not friendly customer service… didn’t welcome in and when approached very distant and cold remarks; definitely made me feel unwelcomed and like I was bothering them.

I would give it six stars or seven if I could. The coffee is amazing, best coffee in 50 miles. I usually get the black tea, and again, wonderful. The girls remember their customers, remember our orders, and are just amazing. I come once or twice a week and I get to drink my drink, work on my laptop, and have a perfect relaxing time.

Americana has become the place I recommend over all other coffee shops. How do you praise a place that remembers its customers, treats them like family, and provides just wonderful service. My oldest daughter gets her Oak Milk Latte and pop tart pastry, and I can pay for her to get it later, and the girls just have it ready for her. How can you miss with service like this? Seldom in this day and age can you find a place like Americana.

They craft a perfect cappuccino. The temperature is spot on, flavor of the beans comes in, velvety foam that doesn’t sink into the drink and always with cute art. It’s hard to have anything less than this.

For me, they aren’t the chattiest people (I’m not a chatty person either). I am used to higher energy at coffee shops with either loud hi’s or a personal acknowledgement of some sort but they fine enough, seem more focused on their product which I respect. I would imagine this could steer some folks away but their solid coffee drinks have me returning.
