The lady that was there today was extremely sweet, very generous, professional and friendly. Service was incredible. I am grateful for wonderful employees like her. She made my day.

The food was great! But some young lady (15-16 yrs old) was constantly rolling her eyes when addressing customers and receiving pretzel orders. I, myself have worked in food service for 10+ years so I could tell there were a lot of orders and could be a stressful situation, especially if it’s their first job. We don’t want her punished or written up, just notified and understand that eye contact and a smile goes a long way in great service. Best of luck to her!

Rashean, Doryan, and Claudia were amazing! Rashean worked to orchestrate an office delivery, and Doryan and Claudia appeared with hot pretzels and smiles!
