Quick service style cafeteria/buffet for what I would consider darn good BBQ. Pork, chicken,and brisket. All perfectly smoked. BBQ sauce is on point. All the sides taste like they're made inhouse. Simple environment, show up however you want, plenty of space and seating spread apart. Prices are good too for the quality. They have good options for different plates. I am usually always happy with this location but today was not a good day. After ordering my food we had to bus our own table to sit. There were 12 uncleaned tables. The young man cleaning was very unmotivated or untrained. Wondering if the manager was out?

Had the rancher plate. Brisket sausage fries beans and hash browns. All was good but my pepsi. The only bm that gets it right is in san Marcos. That after taste is there but not too bad.
