Sneaky. They charge a 3% service fee. As if increasing their prices 50% or more in the past couple of years wasn't enough? Anyone here get a 50% raise at their same job in the last few years? Same food, same service, way more cost. As a last greedy middle finger to their customers a sneaky 3% fee for running their business.

It appears that the portions are getting smaller, although the chicken tenders and fries are still good. I was surprised that a 3% service charge was added for using a debit card. I inquired about the charge since I used a debit card and was informed the 3% charge applies to all credit cards. With the state sales tax of 8.25% that totals out to a 11.25% charge on all orders.

I haven’t been here in a while because of not so great service and product. HOWEVER, I love gizzards and livers and this is the only place close that serves them.
Went in today and WOW. Full portions, hot fries, and stellar service. THANK YOU for the turnaround.
I'm really upset.I ordered 2 piece meal Xtra side. Drive thru worker asks if cash, I say yes .I hand her a twenty ,she asks me if I want the change.confused I ask what?she exclaims never mind.brings me my food and informs me most people leave a gratuity.I usually do but not 5 dollars in a drive thru.I offered her a dollor she walked away.! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO FEEL THIS AT A DRIVE THRU! Quite honestly they shouldn't be asking if we want to leave a tip! Update!manager just called ,we got it straightened out. He eas very apologetic and concerned
They now have a wedsite for schertz & you can order from there & text you also..

Went there an hour before closing waited 5 to 10 minutes with no one coming out. As soon as another vehicle pulls up behind me someone dart right out and takes there order. Had to ask if the big truck I was in was invisible or what.
