Not only are those kids in the drive through beyond rude and disrespectful I get the same thing I get for the past 10 years since they've been at that location. I get home my fries taste like someone dropped an entire box of iodized salt into the fry vat, the gravy is so watered down it’s running off the chicken. Not to mention my chicken was also salty due to the fries being thrown all over the box. I tried calling the store but I guess they have the line disconnected because I’m sure I cannot be the only one trying to contact them about this.

Exceptional Customer Service from Axel!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Axel at the Bush’s Chicken on 3009. His customer service was absolutely exceptional. I had ordered my 8-piece chicken gizzards in advance, but when I arrived, they hadn’t been dropped yet and my order wasn’t ready. Before I even had a chance to get frustrated, Axel stepped in immediately and took ownership of the situation.
He was intuitive, professional, and handled everything like a true leader. Even though I had to wait an additional 15 minutes, Axel’s attitude, communication, and willingness to make things right completely turned the experience around. Because of his outstanding service, I will definitely be returning.
Bush’s Chicken is lucky to have someone like Axel representing them!

Chicken is great. Fries and rolls delicious. Unfortunately every time we arrive and go to order we are ignored. There will be workers therer at the register and will not even acknowledge customers. Last time we went a female who was manager was doing a close out at register never acknowledge d us. A very courteous young man that came in from taking order from tthe drive up came to the register and took our order and came out to the table to give us the order. Now that young man knows more about customer service than the manager.

Went to order a family chicken tender meal for my kid's school spirit night and was disappointed by the food. Staff was super friendly and food was quickly served but I think it came w/ a price bc the chicken was oddly slimy under the fried batter. Mashed potatoes had a weird smell. French fries seemed dry. It was our 1st time ever purchasing a meal from this franchise but it'll probably be our last tbh.

Most disorganized drive thru ever. I watched 4 cars that arrived after me, leave before my order was even taken. Then vehicles behind me began getting their orders and leaving too. This is a management problem, not your staff!! Do better, management should be ashamed of themselves. The staff member literally told me “I have no idea who is next, I’m just doing the best I can”. They did not close the lid on my drink, it spilled. Barealy put any ice in my tea, it melted and my tea is still hot…. Will never return to this location!

The food is always hot. The fried chicken is juicy. The baked chicken is very tasty. You'll never think of KFC the same again. The Mac n chz is a bit watery. The dining area and restrooms are always clean and the staff are friendly. There are large round tables for larger groups that seat about 6 people. They don't have prices listed anymore because they keep changing. The staff have them readily available. There are senior and military discounts.
