We go at least once a month because the San Antonio location gives all Veterans a meal a month. We love it! Only one time we bought stuffed baked potatoes, sausage and brisket. They forgot to give us the brisket, but we didn't get charged for it!

Amazing moist brisket, sausage, jalapeño sausage, turkey and chopped. Friendly country-style store where you select the meat and order by the pound, small selection of sides, vast selection of drinks.

Don't miss out the moist brisket and smoked turkey.

Staffs were polite and courteous. Stopped by for gas, ended up with a brisket meal. What a treat!! Casual dining. Place is kept clean and tidy. Crews are friendly and courteous. The brisket ??? EXCELLENT!!! Rudy’s bar.b.q sauce goes well with the brisket. Condiments are freshly prepared and are free. Overall a 5 stars all around. Do come visit and support these hard working crews.
