The lady thats on when I come here is great. She always seems understaffed but still takes the time to be personal. Makes a burger for me that hasn't been on the menus for a while. Its nice to know she'll still make it for me. The lines moves pretty quick.

Staff is friendly. When I was able to use the Sonic App, when you ordered a Route 44, Unsweetened Ice Tea and wanted to add Extra Mango, you only paid, at most, $1.00 for the extra mango. When you order at their location, they charge you for mango, then again for the extra mango. Won't go back! Sonic has been having issues with their app for months and whenever you ask about the issue, each individual gives a different explanation.

Really disappointing visit tonight. We placed 4 ice cream orders. After waiting close to 15 minutes we heard another customer being told they couldn't order ice cream because they were waiting for the ice cream to freeze. I pushed the red button and spoke to an employee who said three of our orders were made but they were waiting for the ice cream to freeze to make the fourth. Soooo, our three orders were sitting there melting? And no one thought to mention it would be a long wait? Luckily the card reader hadn't worked so we didn't have to wait for a refund when we cancelled our order and left.

Order pick up @420. Sat waiting , I can see they are busy and it's just a drink. But 15 mins later I find out there are no strawberries. So instead of coming out and telling me or offering me something, they skip and skip over me and leave me sitting. Daniel says I need to call a third party number for refund on the app. But offers nothing because it's him and a new kid and a cook. Says I can call the GM Jose, but probably won't do anything either. No wonder I haven't been here in a long time. Last time my sister got sick off of expired product. Don't waste your money. It's hard out there for all of us. Just wanted a special treat.

I cannot continue using this location anymore. EVERY single time I do something on my order is messed up. Tonight I got a regular hamburger instead of bacon double burger, when they took it and brought back the corrected one it was Just a double cheeseburger, still no bacon. AND didn’t get the fries with it. Got everything else I ordered, luckily. Except all the sweet teas were all unsweetened and tasted funky, like the containers weren’t cleaned properly (or at all) or it was old.
