For a great deal, snacky hour can't be beat. Plus I could still use my 1/2 price burger reward. I got 6 mozz sticks, a loaded single cheeseburger and my rt44 water for under $8.

!!!FOOD SAFETY VIOLATIONS - BEWARE!!!
This restaurant does not operate in alignment with Food Safety Standards as required of all food establishments under the Food Safe Handing Certification that MUST be maintained by operating managers.
My family was served 3 chicken sandwiches. When taking a few bites we noticed the texture was off. We observed about 70% of the each patty contained raw, uncooked chicken.
I immediately reported this to the restaurant staff, to which they apologetically remade the food. However, this does not ensure that the condiments used to prepare cooked food, had not been contaminated by handling the raw chicken we were served.
I contacted the email I was given by the Shift Lead and the number Sonic Customer Service provided. I have NOT heard back from either sources in response to the failure to properly temp out chicken items to 160°F which resulted in my family being served RAW chicken.
Do NOT visit this location. I have also reached out to the Schertz Health Inspector to ensure they are made aware of the violations.
This can make someone extremely ill, and I would have anticipated a much faster response time from the management team. This happened June 2, 5:45pm and it is now June 5, 9:55pm.

Do not dine at this location unless you like raw chicken! We were absolutely disgusted today when, after eating about half a chicken sandwich, we discovered it was pink and raw! And when we checked the other two sandwiches they were also raw. The shift lead had our food remade for us but we were honestly so turned off we didn’t eat anything afterwards. We will definitely be getting in touch with the USDA and the health department, this is a very serious matter. How many people were served raw chicken today I wonder?

I am not the type to leave reviews but I am very disappointed in the service we received today. We ordered 3 drinks, 1 being a fountain drink and 2 being slushies. It took them over 30 minutes to bring out just the fountain drink just to let us know the slushie machine was broken and asked if we wanted another drink but never mentioned a refund. We were passed multiple times when waiting by the employees on shift and not once did the mention the machine being down.
