The lady thats on when I come here is great. She always seems understaffed but still takes the time to be personal. Makes a burger for me that hasn't been on the menus for a while. Its nice to know she'll still make it for me. The lines moves pretty quick.
I just wanted to say how awesome Tiffany is! The card machine was down for a moment, and she was super nice and accommodating while I waited. She was there alone, taking orders alone, a full drive through, and having to deal with that issue. I think she handled it great with a smile on her face!! I eat here daily for lunch, and will continue to do so :)
The manager who was working drive through around 4:30 on Tuesday 8/20 was amazing. he was extremely helpful. I have been coming here to this sonic for the last 5 years and have never received such great service. The food and drinks were great the whole team were amazing. I have had some bad experiences here before but yesterday made up for it! Great job to the entire team and the manager! Hope they are getting the recognition they deserve!
