Ordered on the app. They did not have what I ordered and would not give me a refund. the guy called the manger because he cant do refunds. Manger did not care they didn't have what i ordered and refuse to give me refund. If I could give it no starts I would. I wouldn't eat here.

He was doing his best. I felt bad he was alone. When I came in for a DD order. He had orders and a long line of people at once by himself. He was very calm and was trying his best. But there should be more than one person working on a weekend around dinner time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My order stated ready at 5:20 PM. I arrived late, due to going to wrong location. When I inquired about my order, the pick up email saying it had been ready although it had never been made or started. The employee responded with an unprofessional attitude. I asked to speak with a manager, but my request was denied. I then asked for a refund, which was also refused.
The employee became increasingly aggressive, ultimately refusing to either prepare my order or issue a refund. At that point, I had no choice but to contact law enforcement, as I had effectively paid for food I never received.
As a busy parent counting on this meal for my children, this experience was incredibly frustrating. Not only was my order and money withheld, but I was also provided false information about management. To make matters worse, Subway has no direct phone number or email for customer service, making it impossible to resolve issues through proper channels.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. In fact, given this experience and lack of accountability, I recommend AVOIDING SUBWAY ALTOGETHER.

Food is good prices are fare just don't go when the old ladies are working. Only can get three pieces of onion or bell peppers on each half don't ask for extra veggies because it's not possible.

Had a friend waiting for over an hour for her sandwich while the server continued to work on an online order. Even after the director of the Orchestra who the girl had belongs to had explained the situation of 400 kids waiting on her for her food, the server continued to work on the online order. Terrible service. Still had to wait 40 minutes for my sub even after the girl had left without even telling the server her order.

Food was good. Manager got attitude with me saying in was yelling at at her when I just talk loud. Explained to her I wasn't yelling, that's just the way I talk and she kept going.
5stars because hands down one of the cleanest subways I been to. Jannie was super friendly and sweet. Def will use this one over the others in the area.
The lady did not listen to my request at all. She was not friendly. Did not even look at me. Not good customer service at all!.
Maya, which I assume is the "mexican lady" from all the reviews is absolutely SO RUDE. Barely spoke to you and doesn't acknowledge you. I walked in and she was eating/drink her meal in the doorway and I thought, surely she isn't the one that is going to help me, she's on break. Nope, she finished and then came out to help me. I asked her for extra items and she said "I already added them" and I said, well I'm asking for extra. Get rid of her or don't, I won't be back at this location.

If I can give it a zero I would , the lady working tonight on 11/4 is so rude. Didn’t know how to handle online orders from what it seem . Not only that after already waiting 15 min in line I started to give my order 3 sandwiches and she got up set cause I only gave her one and when I was about to start my next one she told me I’m gonna have to wait as she got an online order. I will never return to this location. Get her help if she can’t handle her job.

No extra cheese. No chips can not call and talk to store. When you do call you get a fax noise.
This is not the only time we have ordered from here and every time, the lady has been rude, the food was thrown together and sloppy and she did not seem like she knew what she was doing. We will not be getting subway from this location.
