Maya, which I assume is the "mexican lady" from all the reviews is absolutely SO RUDE. Barely spoke to you and doesn't acknowledge you. I walked in and she was eating/drink her meal in the doorway and I thought, surely she isn't the one that is going to help me, she's on break. Nope, she finished and then came out to help me. I asked her for extra items and she said "I already added them" and I said, well I'm asking for extra. Get rid of her or don't, I won't be back at this location.

If I can give it a zero I would , the lady working tonight on 11/4 is so rude. Didn’t know how to handle online orders from what it seem . Not only that after already waiting 15 min in line I started to give my order 3 sandwiches and she got up set cause I only gave her one and when I was about to start my next one she told me I’m gonna have to wait as she got an online order. I will never return to this location. Get her help if she can’t handle her job.

I went in the store and went to the subway in there and I approached the subway worker and i was standing infront of the register and the Mexican female was refilling there items. She saw me but ignore me from the begging. I waited for her and when finally she decided to attend me she asked a stupid question? Do u need help ? And in my mind " i am like no i am just standing here.. " and obviously i told her yes this Mexican lady was rude and very unhostil. She said to move to the other side of the register because se was going to attend me over there i just left can't believe they hire this people that don't want to work and have a very bad customer service skills

The people that work here treat Door Dashers and the customers that order through them treat them like 2nd class citizens.
I have had a bad experience with the woman working today 4/8/24 more than once. Today was ridiculous! I simply asked to have one sandwich topped before the other due to allergies, and she started throwing the lettuce back in the bin and literally huffing for the inconvenience. I have had get rude to me before when I was confirming toppings for dinnertime weeks on the phone, and have witnessed her rude to other customers as well. This woman needs to be let go or disciplined. That is no way to treat customers, and yes, some of us do have allergies! I'll drive miles to go to another location rather than this one just down the street from my house in order to never deal with her again!

Ordered online so I could avoid waiting in line.I have had questionable service here in the past, but not today. Food came out quick and the women working was friendly.The bread was sooooo fresh and soft. I have recenlty gotten some not so fresh bread at another location so I was a bit worried. All in all I was very pleased with my lunch today.
