I have had a bad experience with the woman working today 4/8/24 more than once. Today was ridiculous! I simply asked to have one sandwich topped before the other due to allergies, and she started throwing the lettuce back in the bin and literally huffing for the inconvenience. I have had get rude to me before when I was confirming toppings for dinnertime weeks on the phone, and have witnessed her rude to other customers as well. This woman needs to be let go or disciplined. That is no way to treat customers, and yes, some of us do have allergies! I'll drive miles to go to another location rather than this one just down the street from my house in order to never deal with her again!Dietary restrictions: Don't go here if you have special requests!

Ordered online so I could avoid waiting in line.I have had questionable service here in the past, but not today. Food came out quick and the women working was friendly.The bread was sooooo fresh and soft. I have recenlty gotten some not so fresh bread at another location so I was a bit worried. All in all I was very pleased with my lunch today.

The guy who was working was fabulous however they didn't have any bread by the time that I got there to get an order so ended up having to get a flatbread as a substitute and it was not that great

This review is being submitted because of the service that I received today on December 29th, 2023 at Subway Store #19159-0. The young man that took our order was Dillon V. He was very polite and had an awesome attitude - even though he had to deal with a system that was not running at 100% and people were not being kind to him because of this. I was impressed with his patience under pressure and he smiled the entire time. I appreciated Dillon’s ability to provide us with great service! It is hard to find this kind of courtesy in the work force.

Be aware this Subway is in a gas station and there is no where to sit to eat. I did not realize this as I entered but I'm here now.Ordered the usual meatball marinara protein bowl.Service was a bit slow as there was only one employee working the counter and also making the meals. Probability won't visit this Subway again as there are others that are actual stores with a dining area not far away.The staff was friendly but seemed stressed out.

When we asked for more peppers on the sub, was given attitude saying that it's only a 6" can only put so much. Wasn't asking for a lot, just a little more.

Service was so bad. First off, Maya (if that really was her name) had the worst attitude. She was extremely rude after I asked her to change out her gloves. She was touching everything with them on... the register, food, toaster, everything. Ordered 3 sandwiches, and on one of them, I asked for black olives. She absolutely refused to put them on the sandwich since the sandwich 'doesn't come that way'. I spoke to the manager, and it was approved, but Maya still refused. I told her to just charge me for the black olives, if it's that much of a problem, but still refused. She then proceeded to go to the back and not come back out. So not only would she not finish making what I ordered, she let other customers wait while she decided to be immature. I'm a night nurse and was just trying to get a sandwich for my 12-hour shift. I had Subway the night before from a different location without issues when requesting black olives. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this location. Do better, Subway.

Went here on 08/01 and the lady working didn’t seem to want to be there. Very bad customer experience due to her demeanor and frustration when I didn’t know they were out of wheat bread. Didn’t finish the sandwich because when u serve something with an attitude like that it comes through in the food and it was probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Subway has fallen way off.

All lazy people employees never answer the phone are always rude super slow service terrible customer service always close way earlier then the operating hours hate this subway an honestly makes subway look bad

I give it a 1 star because the lady there name maya has an ugly attitude I mean so ugly, she was dead starting at me and trying argue! They she slammed the receipt and my coworker was there and saw the whole thing!! I don't usually complain but man she pushed my bottoms I was there at 2:45 pm and wearing scrubs if y'all have cameras. I told her what I wanted and she goes veggies, I didn't understand cause that's all she said but I soon as she saw me and coworker she had a miserable face!

Love Subway! I almost always order the "Mexicali" with a variety of added meats.The only thing I give less starts to is "atmosphere;" it is located inside a gas station after all... it is convenient, though!

Went in and the lady was cleaning that's good.I said hello and she looked at me and continued cleaning..I then said I know what I want when your ready Not A Word..I spent over 5 minutes looking at her and not even a care ..I left leaving without food and a reason never to return.
