Pre ordered the night before and picked up the next morning! Fast, easy and the taco were great. Tacos were for my grandson’s holiday party.

I needed to pick up three boxes of tacos because Morningside Elementary was short of food donations for the children's Christmas party.
I went to New Braunfels first. No one acknowledged me at the counter for about eight minutes, so I just left.
Next I drove all of the way to Schertz to find a line inside of about twenty people. No one acknowledged any of us standing at the counter. After about 10 minutes of waiting I just placed an online order. Giving up my military discount of course. After $68.17 and about another 20 minutes I finally got my order. When I got to the school I discovered that two of the tacos had ripped open foil, so they had to be thrown away. We can't serve open containers to the kids. The salsa was also wrong. It was supposed to be the ranch salsa. Total it took me 1 1/2 hours to get back to school. The party was over 1 hour later
The party was two hours long. I missed half of it. This was the worst experience that we have ever had at a food establishment. We will no longer be purchasing anything from Taco Cabana again. Thank you very much for your time.

Ordered tacos last night for 730 this morning already 930 still waiting for the tacos from kids at school

The food quality hasn't been the best, but we still give them a chance from time to time. However, after yesterday's drive-thru experience I probably will not be going back. The young lady was moody, inattentive and provided rude & poor customer service. We didn't get napkins, forks or not even a hot sauce. This area is growing and we have a lot more options for dining. No need to be dealing with bad service!

They were not slammed, but they were busy. Still doesn't excuse that I paid for 6 breakfast tacos, then drove 30 miles away only to find a taco missing. Not going all the way back for it, but did it have to be the one I wanted the most?? Guess I'll have e to check the bag next time.

Came through the drive thru 11:50am to order some tacos. We decided to order the TC WAY taco box for $20.99 as stated on the menu. The employee: #18207 told us they didn’t have potato and egg tacos. But she can swap them out for 4 of each of what they have. Ok cool! No problem! We pay and look at the receipt and see how to $24.99 for the taco box! She said it’s the TC YOUR WAY box. In no form or fashion of our conversation did she say it would be an up charge for not having product. She didn’t offer to fix anything. They should have accommodated the same price we ORIGINALLY ORDERED. Instead of charging us more for not being prepared. It’s the principal for me. No communication and inflation prices are high enough already. Communication is key!! Do better!

Good quality food for Mexican fast food, I always go for the chicken fajitas tacos or quesadillas.

I went to taco cabana in Schertz for dinner tonight. I ordered a 8oz queso like I do every time I go there. I didn’t get chips so I asked the girl if I could get some chips and she snapped at me and told me I ordered queso not chips and no I could not have any I’m still not sure what her problem was. When she handed me my food she didn’t say anything just shut the window really fast without a word. So I thought maybe I just didn’t get everything yet. What are you supposed to eat queso with. Your fingers. I’m so confused at this point. I spent $45 on food and could not get a single chip. Do better and hire better.
