The brisket is delicious. Best sausage I’ve ever had in my life. My dad used to bring the sausage home every time he was near Schulenburg. I’ve had some pretty delicious sausage in my time, but none of them can top the City Market.
We got the brisket with potato salad, coleslaw and pinto beans. Brisket was outstanding, moist and tender. Potato salad great, bean and coleslaw were good. They also clean your guns if you want!

Tasty moist beef brisket. We stopped in for lunch and had Bar B Q consisting of moist beef brisket and homemade sausage. We had sides of potato salad and cole slaw. Our food was delicious and satisfying.
