Every time I go there early in the morning the guy that's there always seems to tell me that his systems rebooting and it'll take 20 minutes how convenient for him. 4/4/2025 4:25 a.m drive-thru I hope the manager is able to look that up

Devon / Devin (unsure how to spell but has curly hair) was outstanding and just perfect energy. Seriously best service. Who ever the manager on duty was on 3/16/2025 around 6 pm (has snake bite piercings) was fantastic as well. The vibe of the atmosphere was very comfortable and they were very very Down to earth. Perfect experience for our first time at a jack in the box. This is my standard now for this franchise :).

There was an error with the app. I placed an order late at night during routine maintenance, and was unable to get my food. The manager called me the next day and was very nice and gave me convenient options to fix the issue. I come here often and enjoy the food.

Great Quality Food, Clean Restaurant and Surpurb Service! We ordered from the Jack in the box app and experienced a minor setback but Christina was there to quickly help us aside from how busy the lunch rush was. Where some people lack patience this fast food chain location has is all!!
