Came at night for dine in. Was very relax and chill environment with good music. The manager (I assume) was very friendly and helpful as it was my first time coming. Explained the menu and even when I ordered wrong he clarified that they would have made them without salsa if I had asked so next I'm not gonna slightly spice myself 🤣 Bathroom was also kept clean :)

Ordered the chicken club and only got a patty with a few pickles on a bun, but hey they atleast put it in the right bag. .. also everything was cold and dry, like they cooked the chicken over an hour ago and just kept it under a heating lamp.

The manager here was very attentive, he made sure our order came out fast and correct. Very good attitude and friendly. The food was great and hot. The restaurant was clean. I enjoyed my experience here ☺️☺️

So... do milkshake machines not nave some sort of low icecream signal? They wait until after swiping my card to inform me that the machine is low and has to be refilled then proceed to take ten minutes to refund me with cash because the genius manager can't even figure out how to cancel a charge.

We always tell ourselves we're not going to go to Jack In The box because we always get disappointed but sometimes you're hungry and that's the only thing around and as usual they always disappoint. They have one job to make a burger and every time we get a burger there it's always burnt. The fries are way too salty and overcooked. It's just a horrible experience in every way doesn't matter which location you go to. It's always the same outcome. I don't know why. Well I do know why it's mostly kids working there. I've never seen any adults in there

Never been to JINB until last night. Went close to midnight. Food slapped. Ole girl that was working drive thru was super polite and friendly.
Jalapeños left off order. When I called for a refund, the employees answered the phone, and mentioned my last name before I said anything and then started laughing. They already knew my order was incorrect and said I could drive back for a refund in cash. When I asked for a refund on my debit card, which I used to pay, the employee told me there was no technology to do a partial refund. Terrible food, missing food, absurd customer service.

Yesterday morning Douglas at the Seabrook, Texas took my order & it was such a pleasant experience. Surprisingly, he seemed happy to be at work at 7:30a.m. I noticed that he is the team lead & that makes sense because he’s definitely leadership material. I hardly ever leave reviews, but Douglas deserves a shout out for his great customer service.

Its just always dirty tables. Need cleaner tables , restrooms dirty and no paper towels. I work remodeling i need to wash hands before I eat also rinse face at times but the bathroom never has paper towels and always dirty
