For 20 years, I've searched Houston for a Tex-Mex eatery whose Spinach Enchiladas and Margaritas remind of the old Cafe Adobe on Westheimer in the early 90s. BEHOLD! Gabacho's is the spot. Absolutely delicious food, great staff, and excellent service. I'm beyond thrilled to say I've been there 5 times in the last week.
If you ever have the chance to visit league city, this is a must stop by restaurant for AWESOME Mexican food. The Chips and Salsa are accompanied with two sauces red and green and I must say, both are mind blowing and are VERY,VERY tasty. Their chimichanga plate is perfectly cooked and fresh and hot.
