Sam's Boat Reviews
Worst food I have ever been served. Shrimp brochettes were way over cooked and served with hard stale onion rings. Wedge salad was just a hunk of iceberg.
Not even a teaspoon worth of toppings, and your potatoes were old and over cooked. I washed that down with a watered down margarita.
Very disappointed. I am now leaving to go pay for another dinner somewhere else. Don’t waste your money!
It Took 30 minutes to receive my first watered down drink. We ordered food and literally no crab was in the crab balls. It was all breading. I then ordered a second drink that took so long to come we were done with our “meal.” The bar had about 10 people at it and the restaurant was half empty. There’s no excuse for such a slow bar. This of our last time coming/giving it a chance because it’s been going downhill. We will go to Boondoggles next time.
I’ve been coming to Sams Boat for years. Stephanie, Janna and Ulissa are my favorite but they all are very very nice and attentive. I would recommend this place to anybody

Sam's Boat is a popular restaurant that offers great food and a relaxing atmosphere. With its water views of Clear Lake and a packed crowd during peak times, the restaurant provides a picturesque setting for dining. The food is good, including appetizers like queso and hush puppies, and there are good vegetarian options. The blackened fish tacos may not impress everyone, but the energetic environment and gorgeous patio make it a great spot to chill out. The service can be hit-or-miss, with some staff members being very friendly. This place has a very unique and interesting atmosphere that combines a restaurant/sports bar vibe with a very cool seafarers' theme. They offer seafood Alfredo, a crab boil, and seafood samplers, which are all great. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are excellent. The snapper ponchatrane is better than anywhere else. Sam's Boat is a recommended spot for an enjoyable meal, especially with its amazing view and good drinks. It's going to be crazy for Super Bowl, with lots of TVs and a nice breeze outside.
