The Backyard Reviews
My husband and I had Brunch at The Backyard for the second time recently and it once again did not disappoint. We have definitely made it our new spot! The service is sooo kind and friendly. The food is SOOO amazing. The drinks are fresh and well sized. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners Chris & Shelby on our first visit. They are definitely what you look for in an establishment. I highly recommend Sunday funday brunch here! Even if you brunch with the family. Great...read full review
We just stumbled upon this little bar and let me tell you what… The food was to die for. Our bartender/waiter was amazing. The entire experience was great. They knocked it out of the park. On a scale from one to five stars, we give it a 10. We will definitely be back.
Went for a girls brunch and it was awesome!!! There were about 10 of us an our server was absolutely amazing!! Drinks, food and service were all incredible!! Highly recommended this place!

The Backyard is a charming spot that exudes a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The friendly staff make guests feel like part of the family. The food is generous and delicious, with standout dishes like the classic loaded baked potato. The drinks are also tasty, and the service is top-notch. The restaurant's commitment to making everything from scratch adds to its appeal. With plenty of parking and a kid-friendly atmosphere, complete with a video game setup, The Backyard is a great spot for families and friends. Despite the occasional warmth, the restaurant's friendly vibe and great service make it a must-visit destination.
Customers have described The Backyard as a "super cute little spot in a little house" with a "really nice vibe." The food is praised as "very flavourful," with the corn mac and cheese being "very, very cheesy" and the Nashville hot chicken salad and pork belly fries being good, though the pork belly could be a bit too fatty. The service has received mixed reviews, with some customers finding it "quite tragic" and slow, while others have praised the staff as "super sweet" and "sooo kind and friendly." The owners, Chris and Shelby, have also been mentioned as being "what you look for in an establishment."
