Based on the reviews, Doe Belly's Kitchen serves excellent meals with plenty to share. The fried corn on the cob, fish, shrimp, and fried okra are perfectly cooked and taste wonderful. The catfish is delicious, fresh, and hot, with big fillets and lots of fries cooked to perfection. Everything is seasoned well, including the Fried Catfish, chicken strips, grilled chicken, chicken & sausage jambalaya, dirty rice, and beans. The banana pudding is very good. The restaurant is a gem in the heart of Seagoville. The food is a 10/10, made fresh, with friendly service. The seating inside is small, but it is a cute joint that stays filled for a reason. Whether dining in or taking out, the food is amazing. Prices are reasonable, under $20 for two people. The cashier was great.
