“I went with my four best friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. The staff is so friendly, answers any questions with a smile, and really cares about the customer experience. The rooms are themed, we dined in the Mad Hatter room! It was a private room for just me and my group. The teas are plenty and soooo delicious and pair so well with their food. They have a large selection of not only tea but of their sandwiches and quiches. The scones are made in house by the owner and her lovely mother. Jace has such a lovely and welcoming personality that definitely added to the experience in such a positive way. You can tell she takes care and pride in what she does! Jocelyn was our server and she made ordering so stress free and relaxing. She serves with a bright smile and warming personality that helped to light up the room! I am definitely coming back and cant wait to see what other ideas they cook up! Id definitely recommend for any and every occassion! Thank you Jace and Jocelyn for such an amazing experience and for helping to make my 30th birthday so much fun!“

“I love that this bakery is part of our Seguin Heritage as much as it is our community tradition to so many families. We just finished watching Coco and decided to finish off the cultural lesson learned in the movie as they served mexican bread..and allowed my nieces and nephew to experience choosing their own! The variety is AWESOME and so fresh no matter what time of day it is! Customer Service always so great! Young lady so nice!! Viva la empanada (ps and the option to buy milk tooo..lo)“

“I searched literally everywhere for someone who could make a sonic cake and the staff at New Braunfels bakery and cakes came through in the clutch with fees not only was it exactly what I needed and wanted but it was more than delicious I highly recommend this bakery. “We hired Danielle to do our wedding cake and I can’t believe how amazing it turned out!! My now husband is not a dessert guy and we were struggling to find a flavor he thought he would enjoy. We did a tasting with Danielle and he DEVOURED all 4 flavors in one sitting. Not only was the cake the best freaking carrot cake we have ever had, it was also beautiful.
