My wife and I got a chopped barbecue on hoagie buns. Had to turn around immediately to have them refill the order because my first two bites were complete hunks of fat. The replacement sandwiches were on huggy buns that were drier than the Mojave desert. Honesty, her and I would’ve been more happier going through Bill Miller’s to get one chop bbq combo meal and split it. There was NO flavor to the BBQ either. Been around 65years too long.
Got a brisket sandwhich from the food truck at the San Antonio Rodeo 2/21/26. The service was good, however the brisket sandwich with sausage was disgusting, dry and only tasted like smoke absolutely no other flavor whatsoever! I have never eaten a brisket sandwich where the only edible part was the pickles until from here.
Recently had the brisket tacos while at the rodeo and was floored by how good they were! Went back for second and thirds. Absolutely delicious and great staff.
