Got a brisket sandwhich from the food truck at the San Antonio Rodeo 2/21/26. The service was good, however the brisket sandwich with sausage was disgusting, dry and only tasted like smoke absolutely no other flavor whatsoever! I have never eaten a brisket sandwich where the only edible part was the pickles until from here.
Recently had the brisket tacos while at the rodeo and was floored by how good they were! Went back for second and thirds. Absolutely delicious and great staff.
the first thing is Mr. Davila is always smiling and his kindness is not mention enough. No matter how busy or what he has going on he is always the first one offering too help. I grew up in Marion and he always was willing too help our church with whatever we needed. Now, about the food. it is outstanding! everytime I go home for a visit I stop too get some of the sausages and his ribs, also love the potato salad! thank you Mr. Davila for all the great food and wonderful memories!!!
