Best Chicken Parm and Ribeye steak Ive ever had. They even have gourmet hot dogs that kick Nathans out the park. Homemade cooking from an actual home is impossible to beat. Give them a shout to have your dinner prepared once twice or seven times a week.
I haven't been to Guero's since well before Covid, but recently I have been treated to several carry-out lunches which left me wanting more. Actually, they were brought to our meeting place by Craig, the chef/owner who the place is probably named after. Güero means fair-haired, or in this case likely means gringo, which Craig is. Craig, in my opinion, is the best chef in Seguin, not counting BBQ and Asian fare. His tacos are excellent, but not really Mexican in origin. The lunches...read full review
