Went through the drive through around 4pm. The girl working was awesome! I didn’t get a name but hopefully management reads these and recognizes her for her friendliness and professionalism.
Jack in the Box can be a bit hit or miss, but I understand that everyone has their busy days. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, although sometimes they seem a little moody or stressed. The food is generally good and has a lot of potential, but there are times when it comes out cold or not as fresh as it should be.
