This is one of my favorite places. It’s not a huge bookstore, but very cute and quaint. There are little window nooks for children to sit in the restaurant is Whimsical with large print wallpaper, seating arrangements for every customer who comes in and an array of unique decorations. We were blown away! What a special place! We went on a Sunday morning. They serve only breakfast on Sunday mornings. They have limited options, but what they offer is soooooo good! Really couldn't be better! We had the quiche with a side of their soup special, which was French onion. We also had the blueberry French toast with a side of fruit. Pecan Town is an eminently relaxing small town bookstore. The books available seem carefully chosen to both educate and entertain. The Cafe menu choices are limited but oh my goodness they are delicious. The pastry case gluten free options. Although I personally do not require gluten free I will still occassionally choose one. They are just tgat GOOD.
