Walked in because I needed to use the restroom. Ordered food and two others came behind and ordered as well. Food took almost 15 minutes to receive after ordering. Fries, ice cold, sandwich hot. Place was disgusting upon ordering. I will say, customer service was great. However, something has to change in this store. I'm giving 2 stars because my sandwich was hot.
