I went in today 08/16 around 6:45 PM, and was so impressed by the excellent service from the three ladies working today! I believe one of the ladies’ names was Erica (I’m bad with names and unfortunately can’t remember the other two ladies’ names).

I go out of my way to go to this location because I love it so much! The manager is so kind and polite, even with kids. We go to this place for birthdays and life events, and they’re always so welcoming. It feels like 90’s level customer service when I go there, whereas most places these days want you to place your order and leave them alone to scroll on their phone.
