They gave gone downhill. We order every week and every week they forget items. But this past week was the icing on the cake, they forgot my entire meal so we called left 4 messages and noone has bothered yo even acknowledge us. I even reached out on FB and nothing.
I arrived at the Forum location around 11am on 11/7/23 and ordered over $55 worth of food for both myself and my coworkers. When I arrived back at work I realized my pimento chicken sandwich was missing. I didn’t have time to go back to chick-fil-a so I called the number on the receipt. Marco “the manager” was extremely rude to customers and myself for mistakes on their part. Couldn’t find my online order and got hostile immediately. I told him his tone and attitude were not appreciated and I just wanted my order. Marco then yelled at me in front of other customer stating “he didn’t have an attitude”.
