DO NOT GO HERE! It was about 9:00, the scooper that was being used for concrete mixers was in peanuts and they were using it for all toppings. I told them my children had peanut allergies and please DO NOT USE the same scooper from the pecans for the Oreo and would have though I asked for a million dollars. RUDE and uneducated staff. No manager on site.
Good food and custard. Yummy
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and the quality of the food is awful. THREE TIMES I’ve placed a mobile order and had to wait 30 minutes for my food. It wasn’t until I called each time to tell them how long I had been waiting that they started making my food. This last time was the last straw. I called to tell them I had been waiting for 30 minutes for my order and wanted to check the status. The person who answered was a jerk, no customer service and hurried me off the phone.
