One thing I love, is going to small restaurants out side of what I would call the big city ?. We stumbled across this place the other just around lunch time and the parking lot was full, so we decided to stop in.Glad we did. It is a small spot, great staff with a great set up.The food was served buffet style.We had the option of enchiladas, rice, beans and chili relleno. The relleno was something else!! This little restaurant is something else. It is across town from I 40 so not too many road traffic patrons in the restaurant. But the staff there is friendly and if you make the trip there, you won't regret the effort. The food is fantastic. The Cheese Chili Relleno is what I would recommend...no, make it a double order. They are the best I have ever had.
