“Usually PF Changs is a 5, however not this time. The restaurant was extremely cold. The waitress was lovely but was too quick rather than give us a few minutes to peruse the cocktail and dinner menu. The new full dinners for $16.99 are an excellent value. Unfortunately our entree arrived before the starter. When we reminded the waitress about the starter, she apologized and quickly delivered it. By now, the spring roll was cold so it was disappointing. Food and cocktail flavors were all good. Bring a sweater.”

“First went there earlier this year, impressed us the minute we walked in the door, employees greet you upon entering with a truly warm, illuminating smile. When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! Jeremiah customer service was excellent. He was kind and welcoming. And you could tell he loves what he does. I can not wait to come back and get another Pooh bear.
