“I came in yesterday, and the food was amazing, I got the new pumpkin bagel with cream cheese that the lady at the register recommended to me, Allison I believe is her name. It was very quick service and friendly faces, all except one. As I was dinning in I was seeing this shorter lady, who was ignoring customers and getting on to the employees. She had lighter hair and she was usually on a computer. I understand that management must be stern but I honestly felt bad for the employees, there must be a better way to communicate.“
