chick fil a has healed me from my hangover this morning. i went through the drive through not knowing what i wanted and then this lovely ginger named Zane talked me through the menu and highlighted the new special item. he was very nice and even joked around with me and my siblings. if you go to chick fil a please ask for Zane and catch a vibe with him. he has contributed to healing my hangover. thank you Zane and thank you chick fil a
I recommend picking up your food at the counter or through the drive through. Today was my first time to have my order delivered to a table using the app, and it will be my last time. While our food was delivered relatively timely, the employee never brought our drinks even though she had stated she would be back with them. We were half way through our meal before I had to approach another employee asking if our drinks were ready. They were ready and just had not been delivered....
Special shout out to Ryan, Sterling, Kinzie, and Carter for amazing service. Last week was my first time ordering online Chick-fil-A online and I didn’t know about checking in when I got there. You guys were very supportive and helpful and made sure that I was taken care of, even going as far as to help me load up my car with food. I loved the food, but even more so the service. You guys made a difference. I look forward to visiting again in the future!
