EVERY time I try to get the sirloin it is overcooked, dry, and thin. The fajita steak is thicker and better than the sirloin. The new remodel seems awkward. Not sure what they were doing with that. Much it it had been in service without being completed.

Ordered online, but their customer service was just awful. I received no notification for when my food was ready to be picked up as I should. When I finally got fed up enough to come inside and see what the hold up was, I found my food sitting on the back shelf and the restaurant empty. My food was cold. This location absolutely sucks.

Call me old fashioned but restaurants have forgotten about customer service. This place it starts from the minute you walk in the door. Owners please know that as customers we have plenty of other choices to eat and we chose your restaurant. There is a line waiting because they refuse to seat people. There are over 25 seats available! I assume people are late to work or they won’t seat you in a booth because it’s out of the servers area! Really they can’t walk 6 feet to serve out of area. It’s not a huge deal but get it together. Next time I will go to another restaurant. They stuck us in between two groups while my handicapped wife had to squeeze in. Come on just seat us where we ask and accommodate the customer when you can.
