We have been coming here for years with the kids and everything is great during the day however today we walked in at 8:20 and we’re told the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t even get my son a 30 minute play card all we could get was a points card which I guess is fine but wow they close the kitchen almost an hour early

If only it had the option for 0 star. Went there and we were trying to order a pizza around 3:30 and two girls came out from the kitchen and they were rude saying the kitchen was closed. Worst service.

It was so hot in the building even my kids were sweating and complaining along with my husband and I. Several other adults were heard complaining about the temperature. Upon inquiry, the manager refused to assist in any way with this. The employees seemed bothered when taking our order, and assisting when our kids went to pick out their ticket prizes. The only good thing I can say about our experience was the food.

Welcoming environment and clean, overall great service, front of the house offered their current family/game deals.Games are all operating, clean and no concerns.
