We had my son’s third birthday here and had a blast! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were super friendly & accommodating. They truly made the day so much fun & stress free! Pizza was great, everything was clean, and the entertainment was the highlight for the kids. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese Sherman! We will be back. 🐭

The staff today were some of the nicest most accommodating people I’ve ever come across. I’m kicking my self for not getting their names so I could give proper credit. The young woman greeted us went above and beyond and even made sure my son got a picture with chucky. The young man that walked “chucky” around was also very kind and helpful. I’d definitely go back based on the customer service skills these two had.
