I ordered by phone when I arrived through the drive thur my order had not been received I was told. The guy went to look at the log, and the message was there. The guy asked my name, and I told him. He told me to park in front for 40 minutes. I waited. Finally, I went in to check well, and my order was prepared, but with the wrong name on it. Nothing hot and dried. Matthew did an amazing job with delivery! He was really sweet and understanding when we checked my kiddos pizza to make sure it had no cheese.(highly allergic to dairy) no judgy look and amazing to interact with!
