“I’d come here pretty often because the food is good and normally my service is really bad but today was the first time I came here and I had really good service. If you can choose a server I recommend Rebecca she was nice never let our drinks go empty and also gave us time to talk saying as I was with another person 10 out of 10 would recommend.“

“Kaitlyn has exceptional customer service! i went there sunday, ive never had chicken express before but ive worked in customer service for over 6 years. its not often you get cashsiers/servers as well as Kaitlyn. she was extremely helpful with multiple customers, good attitude and looked out for the customers personal interest. if i had cash i wouldve tipped her. she was also very patient. most places need serves like her. she definitely earned/deserves her recognition! people of sherman come see what im talking about and pay her a visit.“

“Love wingstop. Staff is always friendly at Durant and Sherman locations. Season fries are great and they are always quick to provide me with a little cup of season to go with my carryout or a courtesy drink. Great for the late nite snack or a full meal.“

“I stopped to get gift cards, the man told me they don't have them at this store, he said go to Kroger's just around the corner and yep, I got them. I needed them to gift to the Wash Master car wash employees that helped me greatly. 😁“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“
