i had to repeat my order twice at speaker. got up to window and had my order wrong. ordered the shrimp combo with sweet tea and cold slaw, they had to change the mash potatoes , i didnt order, to cold slaw, i ask for tater sauce and she gave one small packet for eight shrimp. i ask for more and she told me she could only give me one. after leaving i realized she didnt give me my tea, got home and no biscuit with my combo. will never go back. horrible customer service, and the manager needs to stop being stingy with the tater sauce. that little pack couldnt have cost him more then a few cents if that much. there was no cocktail sauce in my order either.

Fried okra was VERY old! I don’t understand what’s so difficult about dropping pre frozen, breaded okra into the the fryer just prior to the customer arriving at the window for their order?? We sat in the drive thru behind a couple of other vehicles for 15-20 minutes before we arrived at the window to retrieve our food. As we were waiting I noticed a bag of food sitting on the counter the entire time- sure enough, that’s the bag she handed us. Only after driving away did we discover the disgusting, greasy, old fried okra. Fortunately the fried chicken was fantastic, the Mac n cheese, while super salty-and I love salt but this was overkill- was ok. IF we were to return, I would definitely check the food before leaving the window.

Gotta say, historically every other town I’ve either lived in or visited churches was not the place to go to. However this Sherman location is an absolute diamond for the brand.
The chicken is freshly cooked to perfection, staff are attentive and ensure your order is completed with accuracy, sides and overall quality of other items are very consistent and taste great.
Packaging and presentation are considered along with adding condiments and utensils and anything else requested.
I recommend ordering online and going to pickup 15-20 minutes afterwards to avoid any wait times.(from their website) don’t use Uber or other platforms, they mark the prices up by $10-15 even for pickup.
Overall this location is clean, efficient, and consistent. I will be back :)

We were really impressed with cleanliness of the restaurant, the food was served quickly, and the ladies were nice. The spicy chicken legs, honey biscuits, and the fries were all delicious. We will be returning again!

Everytime we come to this area we stop at their church’s. Me and my husband both had the number 5 with chicken strips. Absolutely delicious! Everything! From the chicken to the fries, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, to the strawberry Fanta! We love it!
