I stop in here about once a month. I think they have great food. But on saturday evening at about 7pm my gf an I stopped in to pick up some food. When we got there no one was there but us. We were not greeted when we walked in an after standing im front the the register for like 10 mins an 3 employees never said a single word to either of us. Even when my gf asked how the ladies day was going she just totally ignored the question. After the 10 mins a black woman walked in an thanked them for having her food ready which they all smiled an thanked her. At that point I realized this was racial an nothing else now we have been there like 15 mins an still no one acknowleged us. Only after I mentioned to go somwhere else did the lady called someone from the back to take our order. Which he did. Now there are like 10 people in the store. Now the one black guy working I think was tring to intimidate me by continue to stare at me like he wanted to fight. Mind you i am a combat vet with a purple heart. The way they treated the customers who walked in was the highest form of disrespect an the only person the 3 workers acknowledged was a black woman. No one else. The gentleman who came from the back waiting an served everyone else. Even when the black worker finished our order he just set it on the counter an never said anything after it sat there for like 5 mins the guy from the back asked if the order was complete he said yes an they called my name. An even after we were leaving this guy continued to stare me down. Lol he should have been a man an said something. Mind you I never said a single word to this guy but mind you this is no way for your employees to treat the people who spend their money at your place of business. I will never come back since you seem to support your employees being racist to your customers

The male cashier was arrogant to the female customer in front of me. When I asked for my Hook and Ladder to be toasted, he said they're all toasted that's why it's called Firehouse Subs. Totally douche behavior. Then he scoffed at me when I didn't respond to his insincere "have a nice day". And the sandwich specialist thought he was we soooo funny. Not impressed with the line service and definitely not the cashier. I would have left if my wife wasn't set on her Hook and Ladder.Part 2:Well, lo and behold, my wife's sandwich has onions on it so I had to return it. When I told the shift manager what was wrong, the male cashier came back to the register, and I said I distinctly remember telling you, no onions, but you didn't listen. The manager says why you coming at my guy like that. I said maybe he should've been listening instead of trying to be cute. They remade the sandwich.

Don't eat here ordered last week 3 sandwiches were fine ordered today and I ordered tuna Salad no onions tomato or lettuce extra pickles I got tuna on half the sandwich on wheat o ordered white they put extra juice no pickles and black olives which I'm allergic too. The staff was horrible horrible attitudes and the girl on the register had no idea where a sandwich was on the register not torsion she had anattude the entire time and then she was the one who made my sandwich wrong. Yall just lost customers also how were2 sandwiches today more expensive then 3 a week ago

I’m sorry to say this place truly has the worst service ever. When you want a turkey or chi chicken sandwich, and they say they are out just because they are to lazy to work!!!! I could see the turkey and chicken right behind them. These people need to be fired why would I ever come back here!!!! This is the location in Sherman!!!!

I’ve been to this location three times now. I don’t know how it has a 4.7 star review. I should have listened to the other recent comments. The first two times I waited well over an hour for my food, for ONE person! The third time my wife and I went, we waited 45min and gave up. I didn’t even ask for a refund I was so upset, we just got up and walked out. All three times the restaurant was fairly empty with only 2-3 other people dining. They prioritized online orders over mine, even though those same orders were still sitting on the shelf when I left the restaurant. My family will NEVER eat here again.

The subs are great but every time I’ve been to this location they are understaffed and it take forever to get your food even if you order in advance to-go. I’ve been there where I’ll order in advance and they won’t even start working on the order until you get there and it’ll normally take anywhere from 15-35 minutes just for a sub. It makes no sense
