Firehouse Subs Sherman offers great food, but unfortunately, the service seems to be lacking. Customers have reported long waits, orders missing items, and poor management of online orders over walk-ins. The restaurant has received complaints about being overpriced and mediocre, with some orders arriving cold and food being bland and soggy. However, the manager is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. The lunch crew is fantastic, helpful, and patient. Many find the food delicious and it remains a go-to lunch place for long-time customers who will continue to be.
