Ordered unsweet got sweet. Didn't put the lids on tight, they leaked and the food was over cooked and dried out
Drive-thru service was unbelievably slow, and it was not busy. Almost $40 for burger meals for 3 people. Not worth it when there are so many other/better options in town to choose from.
Food is great but every employee working the drive through is extremely rude. They all seem to have an attitude and they make you wait at the order screen in the drive through for 7-8 minutes before they even take your order and then you have to wait another 10-15 minutes to get the food. Slowest fast food place in town.

Additionally, the drive-thru experience can be frustrating due to a janky speaker, resulting in incorrect orders or long waits, even during non-busy times. There is no phone available for customers to contact the restaurant. Overall, it is a good place to eat, with mostly flawless orders, but improvements are needed in certain areas.
