If I could give it 0 stars I would. Nothing like being treated awful because you "placed an order " Apparently placing an order online 24 + hours in advance and paying for it is just a suggestion that I wanted that cake ? The girl at the counter told me it wasn't her problem ,to pick another that was $40 more than the $40 I already paid online. Only giving two stars because my son liked his ice cream. The fudge one taste like it’s been refrozen several times with the amount of ice chunks I tasted. They wouldn’t give me an extra small bowl to put a small amount in for my 18 month old. Said they’d have to charge me for a whole amount more. At 7 bucks a bowl - I should be able to get an extra bowl if I need one. Toilets were digusting. Pee and poop stains and the store overall was pretty dingy. Will not be back to...read full review

Totally rude teenagers and manager running this store. Claimed to not know what was in a promotional ice cream they were supposedly making the very next day. Absolutely rude and dirty with dead crickets all over the floor. Would NEVER buy ice cream from here!!!
