I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle as a whole, but this Sherman location gets worse with every visit. I generally order thorough the app for pickup. The last three times my order was incorrect in one way or another. Service seems slow and employees don’t even seem to acknowledge you. Service was awful, restaurants was dirty, no water, should really be shut down until they find new staff and a plumber. Staff even told us don't drink the water it will taste like dirty pipes.

Every time we come here they never wanna give you what your paying for get the smallest portion of rice in the bowls then you ask for extra they only give you a small house spoon full and you expect me to spend $30 for 2 bowls I don't think so I won't be coming back to this location.
