Order protein bowl pinto beans had been sitting there all day dried out not hot or warm. Not a clean environment, helper at counter r not professional. Quemola not fresh.

Last three weeks I’ve come here and every time they are out of something. Last time black beans this time honey chicken. I offered to wait but the manager just acted like they were out. If it’s not available then mark it so on the menu so I don’t get surprised at the front of the line.
