“We moved to Sherman 2 years ago and we recently found an excellent Mexican food restaurant in Sherman. Bruno’s Mexican Kitchen has great enchiladas and I love the chicken fajita salad. The guacamole is so fresh, some of the best I have ever had! The wait staff is so prompt and friendly. It is very clean and has fun decor! It definitely 5 stars in my book!!“

“This place is so yummy! Their Birria Tacos are out of this world! They'll give you limes and Tajin with a Topo Chico too, which gets a A+ in my book-- for doing a little extra!The service is fantastic too, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your experience. The decor is not great, as it's the old Taco Casa building (which I'm very sad is no longer with us) but that doesn't affect the food or the service. Keep up the great work guys!“
“Small but very authentic little tex-mex restaurant. Amazingly, their food has never made me sick despite me having multiple digestive issues/restrictions, which makes them a winner in my book. Food is VERY good, but only some of it is mind-blowing. Very big portions, so expect leftovers. Service is prompt and able to handle complex orders in English.“
“Chef Angel has become our regular “jam” for mouth watering Mexican food in Sherman. Now that we’ve been here a dozen+ times we know is consistently awesome.We have many favorites but for your first time I recommend you try the Fajitas - you will not be let down. Kaylee is our usual server and she remembers our preferences and is always so nice to us. The Chefs name is actually Victor (his kids name is Angel and he knows what is UP).We are huge fans of Chef Angel Mi Restaurante and will be coming back for years!!“
“We love this place! It's our daughters favorite place to go. The white queso is amazing. We have been waited on by Amy and Josh. Both were great!!! Awesome service! Also, Josh recommended the apple pie dessert tonight, (we usually get the sopapillas which are also yummy) but this was yet another thing my girls will be begging for in the future. Warm apple pie on a skillet with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. They loved it! We will be back again and we can't wait!“

“I've been a Cali girl most my life so I'm use to the good home Mexican style cooking. And sorry to say but Texas ain't got nothing on Mexican food.. But, when I found crazy burrito I was sold on Cali love. This place is so authentic Mexican.. This is a must try.. Place is small with two benches, nothing really for indoor dining but if u love good food that won't matter .. delicious ?“

Got some tacos, they were out of barbacoa so I couldn't try that one but overall really good.Wish they could play some background music or something haha it was so quiet in there it almost felt awkward. The food and the staff were nice, my husband gor a burger but his shredded cheese wasnt melt but no big deal, was still good. Will most likely come back again!“
“I ordered online so I can't give a review of the restaurant. The food is so good!! I've never tried cactus before in fajitas, but I will from now on. The homemade tortillas were delicious! Highly recommend!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian fajitas“
“My husband and I love tacos and pick some up at restaurants or food trucks at least once a week and today he stopped by El Ricon because he saw TACO signs as he passed by. THANK GOODNESS HE DID!! They are the best tacos I have EVER HAD!! The tortillas were homemade and phenomenal. They included generous amounts of onions, cilantro, and limes on the side! Both the green and orange sauces were to die for and very spicy which we love. We recommend the Asada tacos with the hot sauces. We also highly recommend the Barbacoa tacos that come with the broth on the side to dip in. So yum and juicy, very similar to Birria style tacos. I could go on and on about their food and how amazing it was! They are a must try! I will add photos the next time I go in since this time we ate them so fast we didn’t get a chance to snap a picture!! My husband also said that the lady working was so kind, friendly, and helpful!“
“Today was my very first experience at Mariana’s. I brought my family and we enjoyed the food. The green and red sauce were very good. The rice and beans were so good I could have just eaten it together. We ordered a chicken plate, burrito, and two tacos. The rice and beans are delicious and flavor was A1. I would say this is more of a casual eating spot, and come as you are. My favorite part was the experience of culture here. Hearing the Spanish being spoken, the World Cup and excitement for the goals scored“
“Good food. Sad to say that I was informed tonight that they were no longer going to have ketchup in a bottle. They were changing to little packets. It's ok for a fast food place but not for a restaurant. Have enjoyed eating there but I won't anymore. Update: Ketchup has returned ?“
“My daughter Amanda and I started off the day meeting here for a quick breakfast. We both had the egg, potato and cheese breakfast burrito. It was delicious. This was my first time at this location. I usually go to the one in Denison, Texas. Waitress was attentive, and pleasant. Parking is tricky. But definitely worth the experience. “Came in looking for tortilla soup with my family. Soup was great, it had rice though which was surprising but not bad. Place was empty when we came in, so service was great. Fish tacos were awesome and so were the ranch chicken fajitas. Would definitely come back.“
“This place exceeded my expectations! The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a party of twelve and received exceptional service. I enjoyed the waffle with blueberries and pecans, two eggs, bacon, and sausage. Our table also ordered migas, avacado toast, cinnamon roll pancakes, crepes, chicken fried steak breakfast, and almost one of each kids' meals. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this is a family ran establishment. I always like to support locally owned family ran businesses. I will most definitely be back!!! I will also recommend tbis place to anyone that will listen because it's amazing! I have found my new breakfast spot for sure!“
