Ordered 2 turkey sandwiches,8 inch to go, did not check order when handed to me got home with 2 club sandwiches bread to hard to eat both trashed. Seem to be made a few days earlier. I was the only customer in shop, don,t know how in could have made that mistake. Especially when the gentleman asked me to repeat order twice.

My lettuce wrap with less shredded lettuce doesn’t quite look like I thought it would. We were the only customers at the time. Upon looking at my receipt, I see where my order was not as I ordered. Apparently the Order Taker did not hear me say lettuce wrap. Only that I wanted less shredded lettuce. Never was asked what kind of bread which would have taken care of the misunderstanding. If I had known I was getting bread, I would have requested hollowed out and less mayo to keep...
