What a customer service nightmare. Just plain awful. Had to go over the order 3 times, no joke, and they still got it wrong. I love their chicken but is it worth this customer service? You decide, I’m on the fence
I did a pick up order everything was correct and my food was hot. Thank you for cooking in tallow instead of seed oil. You are the only chicken place that uses tallow.
Amazing staff! Definitely coming back.
