I ordered two combos and two apple pies. When I got home there were no fries and the apple pies were some weird birthday cake pies (not good). I called the store and spoke with "Enrique" who wanted me to drive all the way back to have it replaced. I told Enrique that I just wanted my money back for the missing and wrong food. He told me I would have to go back for that as well.
I asked what further action I could take to wit he said "there is nothing else you can do." Listen, I paid over $30 for McDonald's which is insane to say, but I didn't even get what I ordered. I know I could of checked before I left, but there was a line behind me. I didn't want to be rude, and I honestly didn't order enough food to think it would be an issue. Still on me...I know.
I'm just surprised at how low the service is at places like these while prices sky rocket. Anyway, make sure if you go here to check your bag for what you ordered. There are also other restaurants nearby if you don't have to have McDonald's. Save your money...literally.

Found a hair in my fries, which is bad but not surprising. I have straight brown and gray hair, the hair in the fries was black and curly. What really pissed me off was that management couldn't be bothered to come to the counter to talk about it. I was not asking for replacement or refund, I just wanted a manager to acknowledge that they had a problem. Apparently that was too hard.

We have ordered food from this place and they messed up our order several times this time my wife didn't get her food. If the manager can't train their employees to do their job without supervision whoever owns it will lose money. We will not be back. I'm not asking for anything just letting you know.
They can't get the order right every time I come through. Have to speak Mexican for them to get it right. Get someone on drive thru that understands english
