I ordered online at the Texoma Parkway location and scheduled pickup time for 7:05. I chose this time so that we could eat FRESH and HOT burgers. However, to my surprise, when I arrived the young man that brought our burgers out told me they were made “about 45 minutes ago and kept under the heating lamp”. The young man simply apologized and said thank you. He was very polite but didn’t offer anything except for an apology. Needless to say, the veggies and buns were soggy...read full review

Sonic Drive-In serves great food, with some locations excelling in customer service. The breakfast at the Bell's, TX location is particularly fast and good, with friendly staff. Everything is always amazing and fresh with good prices and the service is always 100% with everyone being so kind and helpful. The staff is always nice throughout the order, even when super busy. Always add hot fudge to the ice cream. However, consistency can be an issue, with some orders arriving with cold food, like cold mozzarella sticks, and sometimes the food is not done all the way. Overall, some locations, like Bell's, TX, stand out for their excellent service.
