I am leaving this review as a driver for door dash. The customer service here is absolutely horrendous. I had an order to pick up here, walked in was not greeted or even acknowledged. 4 different employees just looked at me crazy but never said a word. I stood at the counter for over 10min and was never helped. They were not busy!!! An elderly couple came in after me and also had to wait to be helped as well. After being there for 20min they placed the order I was waiting on at the pickup spot, nothing was bagged up, I had to ask for a bag and still they never spoke 1 word to me. Absolutely unacceptable as customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could!!!

My boyfriend and I where just there, and not only did they mess our order up more then once, they also had him load money on a giftcard that didn't even work. Then FINALLY he thought the order was correct, so he came home. Get home and not only was the order still not correct, we ended up with bean burritos instead of the beef burritos. We where at this location for over an hour trying to get our food. And when it was finally it was thought to be correct it was even more messed up then before. We will NOT be going back to this location again
There is definitely a weird smell about this Taco Bell. And the bathroom area smells really bad. But I've never had any issues with food or service. Also nice staff. The only minor complaint I have is when I order a cheese quesadilla, sometimes I get it with literally just cheese, without any of the sauce. But this happens from time to time at other taco bell locations.Be careful with the dip when going out the back way. It's atrocious

I'm Homeless, and every now and then I'll stumble on some money and I bring to these wonderful people. Sometimes the workers don't take my humor too well, (probably cause I'm not as funny as I think I am. I appreciate they're hard work. And I challenge you to find a staff more beautiful than these breathtaking women. Kind and attractive is a rare combo. Love this place. HI ladies.

Hot food and and water taste like its filtered so good. Sometimes we need that refresher and they have best tasting water in town.
Almost every time we eat at this location, drive thru or in person there is an issue with our order. If we are in person and point it out they promptly fix it so that is good. I get we have a custom order but they just need to read the options the online ordering gives them. Otherwise all is good eating there.
No employees at the front. So we were already thinking of ordering in the kiosk. As we are looking at the menu trying to decide what we want an employee comes to the front. He tells us we have to order from the kiosk. I said yes that's okay we are just looking right now. So he proceeds to tell me he can't/won't be taking my order.We decided to leave instead of eating here. This is crazy if you can't let us look at the menu. But also not wanting to have customer service. We will not be returning.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that their fryer was not working so I wouldn't be able to receive any potato products I ordered. I requested the order was cancelled and refunded, but was told that I would have to cancel the order through the app. I have waited two weeks for a follow up with no response or reimbursement for this issue. There isn't even a number to call so you just have to wait and hope they get to it. I am still out $20 and don't expect to get it back. I will not be eating here anymore due to the lack of communication and the theft of my funds. I hope your experience is better.
