If you aren't eating here you are missing it. Chris is one of the best pitmasters in all of Texas and I don't say that lightly. If you want real bbq cooked with care, then you should go here. Literally my #1 for Texas BBQ and I'm a foodie.
I got the trinity plate from them and my goodness! It's so good. I am stuffed. The brisket was INCREDIBLE! The ribs so tender and delicious! The sausage was perfect! I cannot begin to explain how great it is! Definitely coming back for more. If you haven't tried them, GO NOW!
